1. Information We Collect

Account features may collect your email address, encrypted password, display name, session cookies, and basic security information. File processing tools may receive files only when a server-side tool is required.

For product analytics and abuse prevention, we may record safe usage metadata such as tool slug, action/status, duration, file count/size buckets, output format, model/capability, IP, user agent, visitor/session identifiers, and the account ID when you are logged in. For AI usage analytics, we may store a redacted and truncated copy of the user-entered prompt or instruction. We do not record file contents, file names, attachment body text, image content, API keys, payment credentials, or sensitive paths in analytics events.

Many browser-based tools run locally on your device. In those cases, files are not uploaded to our servers.

2. File Processing

Server-processed source files are removed after processing. Result files are retained temporarily so you can download them, then automatically cleaned up. Do not upload state secrets, highly sensitive business secrets, full financial credentials, or other extremely sensitive materials.

3. AI Assistant

When you use the AI assistant, your prompt and temporary attachments may be processed by configured AI service providers. Attachments are used only for the current request and are cleared automatically. We do not store full conversation history; we may retain redacted and truncated user prompts/instructions for admin-side usage analysis and abuse prevention. AI output is for reference only and should be reviewed before use.

4. Payments and Credits

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store bank card numbers, payment passwords, or full payment credentials. We keep order status, amount, timestamps, and credit transaction records for account and billing reconciliation.

5. Cookies and Logs

We use necessary cookies for login sessions and basic preferences. Baidu Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies to provide aggregated page view, referrer, device, and browser statistics. Server logs and first-party analytics may include request path, status code, user agent, referrer, IP-related security data, safe tool/AI usage metadata, and account ID for logged-in usage, for abuse prevention, troubleshooting, service reliability, and usage statistics.

6. Third-Party Services

The site may use Baidu Analytics for aggregated visit statistics, plus cloud hosting, reverse proxy services, CAPTCHA, payment providers, and AI service providers. Their own privacy policies apply when their services process data as part of the service workflow. Baidu Analytics is used for site improvement and troubleshooting, not for processing uploaded files, account passwords, payment credentials, or AI prompt content.
